Welcome to Drawbit. By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drawbit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Drawbit provides a web-based collaborative whiteboarding and diagramming tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice to you.

3. User Content and Ownership

Your content: You retain all rights and ownership to the diagrams, text, and other content you create using Drawbit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your material.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service.
• Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to purchase a Drawbit Plus or Teams subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Drawbit expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Drawbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
